5 Fandom Friday: Favorite Snacks/Drinks To Consume While Blogging

I try NOT to snack much while I'm blogging.  I have a set schedule on when and what I eat, since I sit for the majority of the day I don't want to over do it!  A lot of my choices are snacks and sometimes I let myself have a lil treat as well!  Here is my list!
 1.  Coffee.  My number one.  I wake up and my first stop is the Keurig.  I've been thinking lately of upgrading it.  I have the mini one cupper now and have begun to want more than one cup in the morning!
2.  Tea.  My afternoon drink.  When I don't need more caffeine and I need a bit of a break from sitting.  The ritual is a nice way to break up the day.

3.  Water.  YUP I am that much of a nerd.  Other than the two drinks above, this is what I'm sipping on all day.  Since I have a cute TARDIS re-usable mug, it makes me want to drink more water.  PLUS not having soda in the house is a must.  I cannot resist it!
4.  Gummy Bears.  The Hunny got me a HUGE bag for Christmas and I was allowing myself to have a lil handful each night while I was blogging.  It is the perfect small treat without going overboard, because I definitely can if I keep the bag near me.  My favorite flavor...the white pineapple ones!
5.  Kit Kats.  Another treat.  These mini sizes are the perfect size.  I grab one and try not to let myself get up for another!  LOL  Most of the time I fail.

How healthy are you guys?  Do you find time to exercise during the day?  Usually after lunch and before dinner I try to do some ballet stretches and exercises to get the blood flowing!  I also break for guitar practice too.  Once I can feel myself getting overwhelmed it is time to take a break!

  2. We're on the same page! Besides tea, I also drink a TON of water. I have a cup every morning with lemon juice in it!

  7. I try to stand up and walking around the office but I get bombed with work that I forgot to. I actually bought a fitness tracker bracelet and it vibrates to let me know I haven't moved in an hour!

  8. I try to avoid snacking while on the computer. It's so easy to go overboard without realizing it until it's too late ahaha!

    I try to exercise for a hour each day. I always feel refreshed afterwards :D

  12. Your tea kettle! ITS BEAUTIFUL. I also am a fellow Haribo Gummy Bear fan. I often find myself having a handful with tea around mid-afternoon. I have to take a handful and put the bag back and walk to my computer or else that can be a dangerous ordeal.

  14. I have to avoid snacking while on the computer. I'm definitely an absent-minded snacker, so if I'm not paying attention, I can gorge myself unintentionally!

  15. I don't like to snack toooo much, but I do love the snacks you put in this post - especially gummy bears! I literally just ate a few not too long ago. My weakness is when they are dipped in chocolate :)
